Feedback, complaints and serious concerns
At CAIF we try hard to get things right the first time, but we know this won’t always be the case. When we make a mistake, or if something has gone wrong, we want and need to be informed. We will use the information to try to put things right and to help us to become more effective in delivering our mission and upholding our core values.
